Since few days the Nokia India site was providing a form to fill details and submit which in turn will keep you informed about the availability of Nokia Lumia 800 in India.
Today they are providing a New form for booking the same at http://www.getnokia.in/800/ So those interested can Pre-order Nokia Lumia 800 .
Its estimated to be priced around Rs.30K (~ $580) . No official word about the pricing though.

One small tidbit- The Speaker holes of Lumia 800 were individually milled.
Regarding its OS, you use it to see how amazing it is. All other OS compared looks pre-historic!
