Many Windows 10 users are facing Store related issues as can be seen in various forums. Microsoft Windows Store team has also identified some of the top Store related issues and is working on their diagnosis and fixes.

Store launch failures : When you click on Store app to open, it just opens for a moment and closes or not opening at all.

App updates not completing or downloads getting stuck : While downloading new apps or updating existing apps from the Windows Store, one may notice that the app download stops in between without completing or the download appears to be persistently stuck at “Pending”.

EDIT 14/08/2015 : Many users are saying that now they can download their pending apps in Store..so seems Microsoft already fixing the glitches..no details yet from Microsoft.
