Your PC’s screens emits blue light, which can keep you awake at night. By reducing this blue light emissions, you can sleep better. This can be done with the Night light feature. Night light displays warmer colors to help in sleep.
One can search for Night light features in Settings search, or open Settings (Winkey +I)
Settings > System > Display > Click to turn Night light On or Off.
