Windows' modern troubleshooting
tool Get Help which is a Microsoft Virtual Agent can now diagnose and resolve many new sets of issues. For example, it can now resolve new set of audio issues. Let us check how to use it.
1. Suppose if you are currently experiencing an audio issue, run Get Help.
You can do this by typing Get Help in the taskbar search box and
opening the app.
2. Once Get Help is open, type your issue in the chat. For
example, you could type sound issues.
3. Follow and respond to the dialogue by typing or selecting the
accurate responses to detail your audio issue.
